The following documents are to be furnished along with application
form for the admission in
Undergraduate course:
Matriculation certificate (10th Class), showing the date of birth.
Certificate and mark-sheet of Intermediate (10+2 or equivalent class).
Note: Minimum 50% of Marks are required as an eligibility criterion
of MCI.
Six passport size photographs.
Photocopy of Passport (if ready).
Medical Certificate with HIV test report from the recognized
government hospital/pathological lab/clinic.
Eligibility Certificate of Medical Council of concerned country.
The following documents are to be furnished along with application
form for the admission in
Postgraduate course:
10 + 2 Class pass certificate and mark sheet.
Attested photocopy of Certificate and mark sheet of MBBS or
equivalent exam.
Medical Council Registration Certificate .
Six passport size photographs.
Photocopy of Passport (if ready).
Medical Certificate with HIV test report from the recognized
government hospital/ pathological lab/clinic.
Eligibility
Undergraduate course (for Indian Students ) : As per the part III,
Section 4 of the Gazette of India, extra-ordinary issue dated
18.02.2002, an Indian citizen desirous of joining an undergraduate
medical course in any foreign medical institution on or after 15th
March 2002 shall have Eligibility Certificate issued by Medical
Council of India, New Delhi. India. To get the Eligibility
certificate a candidate shall be passed 10+2 or equivalent class (biology,
physics, and chemistry with minimum 50% marks) from a recognized
college.
Undergraduate course (for Malaysian Students) :
Preparatory (Pre-Medical) Course:
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) must have five (5) good credits and
at least 4B in Mathematics, Chemistry, Biology and Physics.
Medical Degree in General Medicine/ Dentistry Course:
Sijil Tinggi Pelajaran Malaysia (STPM) or (at least 3 principle C),
Matriculation (CGPA at least 3.0)
For others: as per the rules of concerned country.
Post graduate course: Graduation in Medical and one year internship
from recognized college/university/institution by the Government of
concerned country.
Visa
As per the law of Ukrainian Government the student visa is issued by
visa section of Embassy of Ukraine only during 15th August to 15th
November. The official invitation for study in University is
provided by Ministry of Education and Science or University
Authority of Ukraine on the basis of which Embassy issue visa to
travel Ukraine. The Abroaduniversity will provide the guidance and
support for visa processing.
Note: The issuing/refusal of visa to the candidate are the sole
right of Visa section of Embassy (Ministry of External Affairs of
Ukraine). In case of refusal of visa the University or its
representatives are not responsible in any way.
Legalization & Translation of Documents (Only for Ukraine)
The following documents are to be legalized by the Ministry of
Education & Ministry of Foreign Affairs of concerned country and
thereafter they shall be translated into Ukrainian language by the
authorized translator of Embassy of Ukraine:
Original Certificate & mark sheet of 10th class.
Original Certificate & mark sheet of 10+2 or equivalent class.
Original Degree of MBBS or equivalent (in case of PG candidates only)
Then the Embassy of Ukraine legalizes the translated version of
these documents, which are to be shown in university along with the
legalized original documents at the time of registration.
Receiving of Students in Ukraine
Each group of students is received by the Official Representative of
Abroaduniversity at the airport. According to Ukrainian laws, all
incoming invited foreign students must be received at the place of
arrival in Ukraine by the official representative of University.
